Information we collect

Wecraaft collects personal information only when you choose to send it to us. There is no account system on this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you type into it:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your organisation name and phone number, if you provide them
• The disciplines, budget range, and timeline you select
• The project description you write

How we use it

We use your submission for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. Your details are emailed to our advisory inbox and a confirmation receipt is sent to the address you supplied.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to unrelated marketing lists. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use that address only to send the notes you asked for, and every email includes a way to stop them.

How it is stored

Enquiries are delivered as email and retained in our mail provider for as long as we need them to serve you as a client or prospect. This website itself keeps no database of submissions.

Email is transmitted over authenticated, encrypted SMTP connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send credentials, secrets, or regulated personal data through this form.

Third parties

This site loads fonts and icons that we host ourselves, so no font or icon provider receives your IP address. Some editorial imagery is served from a third-party image host, which will see the standard request information any image request carries.

Our hosting provider processes server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. Our email provider processes the contents of your enquiry in order to deliver it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@wecraaft.com and we will action the request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we will honour those rights.
